Terms for using SmartJoy Learning.

These terms apply to the SmartJoy Learning website and our online classes. By booking a demo or class, you agree to them. Questions: smartjoylearning@gmail.com.

Free demo class

The demo class is free and does not commit you to anything. After the demo, we share a suggested plan for your child’s subject, grade and curriculum.

Classes and plans

Classes are live online, one-to-one or in small groups of up to three students. Your plan, including subjects, schedule, class length and fees, is agreed with you in writing (for example by WhatsApp or email) before classes begin. Rescheduling and cancellation arrangements are explained with your plan.

Fees

Fees depend on the subject, grade and format and are shared with you before you join. Nothing is charged for the free demo.

Learning results

Our tutors work hard to help every student improve, but results depend on many things, including the student’s effort and attendance. We do not guarantee particular marks or grades. Testimonials on this website describe individual families’ experiences.

Behaviour in class

We ask students, parents and tutors to be respectful in classes and chats. We may pause classes if this is not the case.

Text, images, logos and materials on this website and in our classes belong to SmartJoy Learning or are used with permission. Please do not copy them for other purposes without our permission. Website information may change, and we try to keep it accurate.
